Organic Heat Carrier Boiler

 ULTRA-LOW NITROGEN TECHNOLOGY

    Adopting the core low-nitrogen coil layout technology + fully automatic low-nitrogen burner*, the boiler tail gas nitrogen oxide emission is ≤30mg/m3, which meets the national environmental protection requirements.

   THREE-RETURN STRUCTURE

   Classic three-pass structure, the flame burns in the combustion chamber under slight positive pressure, fully develops, has low combustion heat load, and low emission of harmful nitrogen oxides and NOx; high reliability and low maintenance cost.

    EXPLOSION-PROOF

   The detachable explosion-proof door at the rear ensures combustion safety and can also be used as an inspection hole for easy maintenance; combined with the rear observation mirror, the flame burning condition in the furnace can be observed.

  AUTOMATIC CONTROL

   With the fully automatic control system, you only need to set the required pressure/temperature and other parameters to achieve fully automatic control: automatic start and stop of the burner, automatic oil replenishment and other operations; reduce the labor intensity of boiler operators and reduce misoperation caused by human factors.

    SAFETY INTERLOCK PROTECTION

    Equipped with multiple interlocking protections such as over-temperature, over-pressure*, oil shortage, full oil, leak detection*, flameout, etc. to ensure safe and reliable operation.

   FLUE GAS WASTE HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE

    The flue gas waste heat recovery device* is installed after the boiler to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler; it also reduces fuel consumption and saves operating costs.
